- Coordinate project planning, and reporting processes and activities involving a range of internal and external education stakeholders.
- Coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of project plans, phases and activities, relating to the non-state education sector.
- Manage liaison, communication and coordination with other teams across the department to support the planning, delivery and reporting of strategic projects.
- Undertake project planning, analysis, integrate project activities and evaluate the impact of projects and initiatives.
- Develop, implement and monitor project services in consultation with stakeholders to ensure identified needs are met.
- Assist in coordinating, organising and promoting project activities.
- Provide secretariat support for project governance groups to ensure effective implementation of project objectives within the established timeframes and allocated budget.
- Provide project advice, information and status, including preparation of correspondence, policy responses, and briefings for the Minister, Director-General and members of the Executive Management Board.
