- Develop and deliver systems training for both face-to-face and online delivery
- Deliver content at a variety of levels to different audiences.
- Deliver classroom (public, onsite), virtual classroom, and recorded formats.
- Work on specific projects targeted at service improvement, enhancement and client satisfaction.
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule.
- Create training artefacts and materials.
- Extensive experience in design, development and delivery of training programs for IT Systems
- Extensive experience of delivery of technical workshops in client environments
- Strong experience design, development and delivery of IT Systems Training programs
- Demonstrated experience communicating, consulting, collaborating and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
