- Oversee the set-up and take-down in all nominated spaces around the stadium leading up too and after an event or function at the Stadium.
- Undertake logistics duties as required:
- setting up and packing down of function rooms (including staging and silks)
- plazas (including bins, ash trays, bollards and barriers)
- corporate suites
- promotional activities
- signage
- AV equipment
- road barriers (including mesh)
- field of play
- distribution of promotional items
- storeroom maintenance
- Non-event day requirements:
- Movement of furniture and equipment
- Setup of stadium related activities
- Additional duties as required
- Liaise with hirers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Willing to work together with other members of the team and management
- Have a demonstrated capacity to analyse complex situations or issues
- Able to lift heavy objects at times
- Of medium or above fitness level
- Available through the week and on weekends
- Rugby League - Brisbane Broncos and Dolphins home games, the Magic Round, other NRL and NRLW games, annual State of Origin games, International Test Matches
- Rugby Union - Queensland Reds home games in the Super Rugby competition and International Tests featuring the Wallabies
- Soccer - Brisbane Roar Home games, Local and international matches including World Cup qualifying games featuring the Socceroos & Matildas
