    The People & Culture (P&C) Manager, Reward will manage and oversee key deliverables across the Reward portfolio, supporting both the Head of Reward, Performance and Executive Governance and the Executive Manager Reward. The P&C Manager, Reward will have an initial focus predominantly on the "workforce" population of ~13,000 employees within an ASX 50 company.

    What you'll do

    You'll work in a fluid way within a dynamic team across the Reward portfolio based on the priorities, your capability and interests, and your development areas. This may include:

    • Offering pragmatic and timely advice on complex reward matters
    • Preparing Board People and Remuneration Committee and Executive Leadership Team Reward papers
    • Leading the Annual and Interim Remuneration Review process
    • Managing and coordinating job evaluations, benchmarking, and remuneration recommendations
    • Managing Suncorp's share plans, superannuation, insurances, recognition and benefits.
    • Ensuring accurate budgeting and expenditure for rewards and benefits
    • Coaching and mentoring the Reward Advisors and Analysts.

    What you'll bring

    • Passion for Reward and using this as an enabler to drive a high performing, customer obsessed and innovative workforce.
    • 10+ years of experience in a Reward team within a large, complex organisation.
    • Innovative thinker who likes to solve complex problems and add value.
    • Strong consultation and stakeholder management skills across a diverse range of stakeholders
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Tertiary qualification in HR, Commerce, Economics, Law or equivalent (desired).
