- A working knowledge of the Local Government Act, Australian Road Rules (ARR),
- Dog and Cat Management Act, Expiation of Offences Act, Local Nuisance & Litter
- An understanding of the legal requirements of records keeping.
- Experience in database administration.
- Experience in a local government Community Safety environment.
- Proven experience in providing high quality customer service and in dealing with difficult customers.
- Experience in the processing of forms and their recording on an electronic database.
- A working knowledge of the standard layout for letters.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality whilst researching government databases and
- obtaining identification data, e.g. Ezy Reg
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
