Our client is a growing and progressive firm with multiple offices across the state and due to continued success, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join them This close knit team is committed to providing client focused solutions in accounting and advisory to their diverse portfolio.

You will have the opportunity to be exposed to excellent training and a long-term/stable career, and with over 30 years of experience, the Partners will provide ongoing support and a clear progression pathway for an experienced Accountant looking to take the next step in their career.

About You

The ideal candidate will be/have;

• Approx. 4+ years tax experience within an Australian accounting firm.
• Either CA or CPA qualified, or working towards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients.
• Keen to progress your career in a quality, client-focused environment where you will enjoy challenge and variety in your day-to-day work.
• Experience liaising with an offshore team would be beneficial
• Full working rights in Australia.

The Role

Due to growth, a Senior Accountant vacancy has arisen. Working closely with a Partner, you will be responsible for;

• Preparation of Financial Statements, Tax Returns, BAS, IAS, and Payment Summary Statements.
• Manage a diverse portfolio consisting of clients from various industries.
• Identify compliance concerns and opportunities as they arise.
• Be supported by impressive technology and processes.
• Be integral in developing client relationships.
