- Identify and research issues impacting on the Office of the Deputy Commissioner responsibilities and initiate work priorities and timely action which support the delivery of business objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels and working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Provide advice and guidance on key issues to senior managers and the executive support team across the Division as required.
- Prepare correspondence, briefing notes, reports and submissions as required to support the delivery of services across the Division.
- Manage business improvement initiatives to ensure systems, procedures and processes meet best practice expectations through internal audits and compliance activities.
- Coordinate and undertake project activities for the Deputy Commissioner on a diverse range of issues relating to Divisional priorities.
