About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time position involves ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship. Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
2. Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner
3. Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online
4. Managing parts for repairs and suppliers efficiently
5. Ensuring timely completion of repairs

About You

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
• Experience with AudaNet (desirable)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team
