    Our client is one of the most well regarded and respected businesses in the Australian drinks industry. They are currently in an exciting phase with the acquisition of new brands and the further enhancement of their own brands.

    The Brand Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and be pivotal in managing and developing the refreshed portfolio of beers, ciders and RTD's in both Australian and overseas markets.

    You will be a creative thinker with a challenger mindset, and will be charged with leading brand growth and delivering on key commercial KPIs such as volume, margin and innovation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and own the annual brand plans across all categories for the AU domestic market
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across key mediums
    • Manage all marketing agencies, budget management and project timelines
    • Execute all agreed marketing and communications programs
    • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to meet commercial goals
    • Lead the development of the BTL POS and events/activations
    • Oversee development of brand assets for domestic and global markets
    • Identify and manage brand related PR and sponsorship opportunities
    • Lead innovation projects and launches liaising cross functionally
    • Work with Brand Ambassador to oversee the experiential on premise trade and consumer event management
    • First point of contact for sales and other internal stakeholders to communicate business updates, brand performance reviews etc
    Requirements:
    • University degree in marketing
    • Experience in the liquor industry is preferred
    • Strong strategic skills and ability to operate in a highly agile and autonomous environment
    • A can do attitude and willingness to roll the sleeves up to get results
    • Sound commercial acumen and analytical skills
    • A passion for Australian beer, cider and RTD's
