    • We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Provisional Psychologist to join our team in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry. As a Provisional Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic services to individuals in order to promote mental health and overall well-being. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and contribute to their personal growth and development. As a Provisional Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the provision of comprehensive care, and engage in crisis intervention when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and confidential client records, and stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments to establish diagnosis and develop treatment plans Administer and interpret psychometric tests and assessments Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress Maintain accurate and confidential client records Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field Provide education and support to clients' families and caregivers Requirements Master's degree in Psychology or a related field Provisional registration with the relevant professional regulatory body Knowledge of psychological theories, assessment methods, and intervention strategies Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse populations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
