    The Associate Director - Trade and Supply Chain Sales, Institutional Banking is critical to making this happen and will:


    • be leading the sales strategy and origination of ANZ's Trade & Supply Chain product and solutions for our top tier customers, predominately in the Diversified Industrials segment. The role will reside within the NSW ANZ Trade & Supply Chain sales team. There will be a particular emphasis and focus to originate Supply Chain Finance transactions and value chain structuring and insight for existing and new clients;

    • have direct accountability for an existing set of high value clients ensuring delivery of insight, risk, transactional excellence and monitoring thereof;

    • work closely with Senior TSC sales originators in NSW and nationally within a highly awarded and engaging team within ANZ's Transaction Banking's global team;

    • deliver profitable outcomes for the portfolio within the assigned customer segment;

    • be fully conversant and compliant with all obligations in relation to Compliance obligations, notably AML and CTF

    • Tertiary and/or Post Graduate Qualification in Business Administration or Financial Discipline

    • Strong business acumen and a flair for innovative thinking, problem solving and a curiosity for innovation are a demonstrative core competencies

    • Solid Negotiation and influencing skills
