    About this company

    My client is an established organisation based in the North-Western suburbs. Due to growth and an exciting win of a new client we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a Temporary basis with the view to permanency for the right person.

    Monday to Friday onsite flexible start & finish times: (7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm, etc)

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Assisting in the customer transport planning
    • Providing account management & customer service
    • Liaising with freight companies and warehouse staff
    • Processing of orders using SAP
    • General Administrative Duties
    • Maintain records
    • Raise Purchase Orders
    • ADHOC duties
    • Attending to customer enquiries via phone & email
