    You'll lead the operationalisation and facilitation of digital health pathways within our statewide CRM platform, enhancing community health services through innovative solutions. Your work will directly impact the improvement of patient services and operational efficiencies by:

    • Implementing and managing digital transformation projects within the health sector.
    • Engaging actively with users to support and enhance the CRM platform's development.
    • Collaborating closely with partner health services and managing stakeholder relationships across Victoria.
