    Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education, and research across three campuses in Melbourne.

    About the Role

    The casual Admin Officer position sits within the Language Services Department. You will work collaboratively with staff members to liaise with health professionals and stakeholders internally and externally.

    Your regular day will involve:

    • Handling consumer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
    • Maintaining accurate statistics on bookings undertaken on the Interpreter Management System (IMS).
    • Assisting with appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmation.

    We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and a keen interest in developing their skill set.
