- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers.
- Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or manager.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship.
- Adhere to care plans and follow established protocols.
