- A PhD in Psychology or a cognate discipline
- Established track record of conducting research in psychological sciences
- Proven track record in designing and implementing psychological assessment tools and/or interventions that are inclusive and responsive to the diverse needs of individuals across different demographic groups
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
- Successful acquisition of research grants, emphasising a commitment to advancing psychological science

As a Senior Lecturer or an Associate Professor of Psychology, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the School's research and education missions.
