    Salary $200,000 - $220,000 + super + bonus City Perth State/Province Western Australia Country Australia Job Description Primary Purpose of Role The primary purpose of this role is developing and maintainingclient focus and maximising revenue for insurance and financial serviceproducts through retaining and building on existing client relationships, andby generating new business opportunities.

    Individuals will be highlyinquisitive about their client business issues and objectives.

    You will bepro-actively servicing a portfolio of accounts ensuring high quality service toexisting and new clients Key Accountabilities Maintaining strong relationshipsand trust with portfolio of clients by managing long term relationships,based on demonstrated ability to manage accounts both smoothly andprofessionally Ensuring client needs areidentified and met by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects ofaccount management and service delivery to clients, and ensuring clientsare actively involved with the organisation's subject matter experts,insurance products, services and solutions Investigating and pursuing newbusiness opportunities in conjunction with account manager and or newbusiness team/manager Design, implement and manage anagreed service plan with each client, and look to continually develop andimprove the service delivered to the client Raise the company profile throughtargeted involvement with business forums and networking events so thatclients, prospects and others better understand the companies valueproposition Develop and implement, renewal,account retention, defence and broking strategies Liaising with relevant subjectmatter experts including claims staff to ensure client interests areprotected Gathering client information tosupport renewal documentation including the production of relevant reportsin accordance with company standards Maintaining an awareness of alllarge and potentially complicated claim related matters and participateactively with claims personnel in the negotiation of equitable claims settlementson behalf of clients Identify new businessopportunities and develop client strategies for growing portfolio Monitor monthly income targetsand develop strategies to achieve same.

    Advise Practice Leader of issuesthat will affect results Ensuring the completion ofactivities within determined parameters Work closely with Practice leaderto ensure training and development needs/issues are identified and met andact as a positive role model in the business Review documentation produced by Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure compliance withstandards Ensuring compliance of systemsand processes with the Financial Services Reform Act and relevantlegislation Keep informed of industry trendsby attending internal and/or external meetings on topical issues Demonstrate a broad and deepunderstanding of organisational capabilities including insurance,financial services and premium funding products, and their business valueand promote these products when opportunities arise through contact withclients Support people managementstrategies by actively supporting staff in the team so as to maximizetheir contribution to the organisation and its business objectives Apply best business practice –ethically, professionally and with integrity in all circumstances so that organisationalreputation and brand is never undermined Key Skills Sales driven with understanding of targeted and strategic sellingprocesses Client servicing including front line client management Developed business acumen and business development skills Developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and managerelationships Strong negotiation and influencing skills Leading Managing Relationships (Proficient) Integrity & Trust (Proficient) Execution Drives Results (Proficient) Business Acumen (Proficient) Accountability (Proficient) Client Focus Negotiation and Persuasion (Proficient) Communicates Effectively (Proficient) Client Excellence (Proficient-Expert) Qualifications & Education Dip of Fin Services or suitable relevant tertiary qualificationsdesirable Previous experience working within Insurance or Financial Servicesadvantageous
