    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Office/Admin Assistant to join our team at Koppers Wood Products in Bunbury, WA.

    About the role

    As the first point of contact for visitors and customers, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the Office Manager with administration tasks.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Reception and customer service
    • Assist with stock control, journaling, and quality control data recording
    • Process daily production data using computer systems
    • Create purchase orders and verify cost codes
    • Report safety and environmental concerns
    • Participate in meetings and site observations
    • Complete month-end processes accurately and on time
    • Maintain employee and company records

    What we are looking for

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (similar industry ideal)
    • Competence in Accounts Management using corporate accounting systems
    • Strong work safety experience and awareness
    • Confident communication skills
    • Quick learner and ability to take ownership
    • Experience or understanding of operating within a compliance-heavy industry
