    If you're a lawyer who's keen to work on large property, construction and infrastructure projects, we have an exciting opportunity for you You'll join a collaborative and well-resourced in-house legal team and will advise on a broad range of property and commercial matters.

    Your work will include negotiating, drafting and reviewing a broad range of documentation.

    Everything from complex contracts of sale, leases, licences and easements through to advising key stakeholders on planning, environment and construction related issues.

    The variety, quality and complexity of the matters you'll be involved in will ensure that no two days are the same
    This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

    In order to be suitable, you will:
    have a minimum of 4 years relevant PQE with a law firm and/or in-house or secondment experience; and
    be commercially minded, have strong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with key stakeholders.
