    Facility Manager - Aged Care - RELOCATE TO LAUNCESTON
    Redstone are seeking an highly experienced Facility Manager to oversee the running of a large age care home in Launceston.

    Relocate to the beautiful riverside town of Launceston know to be the most liveable regional city in Australia
    Best know for its farmers markets, urban bars and winery's.

    About the Role:

    As the Facility Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a positive work culture among staff members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility team to ensure the highest standards of resident care and service delivery.
    • Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, maintenance, and resident admissions.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, staff members, and external stakeholders.
    • Lead and support staff development initiatives, including training and professional development opportunities.
    • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to identify areas for improvement and drive excellence in care delivery.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • AHPRA Registration is essential for this position.
    • Minimum 4 years experience within a leadership position in Aged Care.
    • Experience with change management essential
    • Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
    • Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
