If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for We are on the lookout for an extraordinary Senior P&C Business Partner to join our dynamic P&C team Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Talent, you will be leading our P&C Business Partnering activity. This role will see you establishing and monitoring Business Partnering standards, strategic alignment, and executing people management plans. Additionally, the Senior People & Culture Business Partner will lead a team of P&C Advisors to provide coaching, direction, and leadership. Our P&C team is working to create a great people experience – you'll get to be part of a team shaping this work, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and leading initiatives that make a positive impact.

    The role will involve the following activities:

    • Provide high level P&C support and advice to the organisation.
    • Communicate high expectations and coach team members.
    • Oversee and monitor policies, processes, and procedures.
    • Investigate, address, and resolve employee/contractor complaints or disputes thoroughly, ensuring all grievances are resolved appropriately.
    • Investigate breaches of Code of Conduct, work instructions, policies, and procedures
    • Understand and manage organisational risks and dependencies.
    • Manage performance-related matters such as disciplinary actions, terminations, contractor oversight, and performance reviews.
    • Coach managers and team members to model our values and leadership behaviours to create a positive culture.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.
    • Building strong operational knowledge.
    • Support strategic workforce planning.

    About You:

    • Completion of a graduate degree or relevant industry certification
    • Proven experience delivering results as a P&C business partner
    • Ability to lead change programs in complex organisations.
    • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
    • Experience in supporting cultural change initiatives.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment law and other relevant legislation
    • Experience dealing with complex, sensitive inquiries and conversations with discretion.
    • Ability to navigate fast-paced, complex work environments.
    • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability motivate and maintain a high achieving team culture.
    • Possess a current Victorian Driver Licence
