Join our growing, dynamic Business Applications Team who provide a range of applications support. This role will focus on our vitally important "People" suite of applications i.e. HR, Payroll, Award Interpretation, Finance, Recruitment and Learning.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

Investigating, analysing and problem solving application incidents and issues
Escalating to application vendors, and following incidents through to resolution
Gather business technology requirements
Perform process re-design and improvements
Manage applications changes and support application upgrades, including testing
Collaborate with business analysts, project team and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are viable, consistent and aligned with priorities
Lead end-to-end testing, including development, approval and execution of test plans, progress and exit reporting and achievement of all testing milestones
Involvement in implementation of new applications.

As our next team member, you will be a solutions focussed, service oriented problem solver with skills and experience in:

Applications administration/specialist role or a role requiring business analysis and process improvement in a midsize enterprise or complex organisation
Two or more of the following applications types: CRM, ERP's, Award Interpretation, HR Information System, including Payroll and/or LMS
Either disability, aged care or any care provider ideally in similar role with exposure to rostering and award interpretation platforms
Exposure to and knowledge in Awards Interpretation would be advantageous.
