    RCA provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.

    The role

    We have an exciting new opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Retail & Consumer team at our distribution center in Moorebank NSW. The role of Team Leader is to direct, co-ordinate, supervise and achieve service objectives with regard to all warehouse operations, ensuring that tasks are completed in the most safe and efficient manner in line with agreed standards in operational procedures, national strategy and in a manner ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance at all times.

    Hours of work: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

    As a Team Leader, you will:

    • Manage warehousing activities and ensure work is performed safely
    • Drive a strong safety culture and safety initiatives across the warehouse
    • Building and promoting a team environment that works collaboratively
    • Identify continuous improvements and encourage an innovative culture
    • Manage daily labour against requirements and projects
    • Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly

    About you:

    • Experience in a Team Leader role within a 3PL setting
    • Demonstrated previous experience in managing a warehouse function.
    • Proven experience in successfully managing employee base in a complex industrial industry.
    • Experience in managing operational budgets.
    • Intermediate MS Office skills and other office-based technologies.
    • Experience with WMS i.e. Paperless, Red Prairie & Report Manager
