    As a Sales and Client Relations Specialist at our dynamic firm, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of products and services. This role involves a deep understanding of our offerings in study, migration, and travel services, particularly for regions such as Canada, USA, UK, EU, NZ, and others. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the current market landscape to achieve specified sales targets.

    Job description

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and stay informed about market trends to meet sales objectives effectively.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify service gaps and opportunities for quality enhancement.
    • Proactively generate leads through various channels including existing client referrals, job portals, cold calling, bulk emailing, and social media outreach.
    • Engage with educational institutions and corporate entities, facilitating staff transfers, work visas, and other related services.
    • Build and maintain robust relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients, forming strategic alliances to expand our client base.
    • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to promote and sell our services, tailoring solutions to individual client needs based on their skills and employment history.
    • Collaborate with migration experts to provide accurate and reliable immigration advice and services.
    • Responsively gather customer feedback, adapting and introducing new services to meet evolving client needs.
    • Manage sales negotiations, pricing, discounts, and contract terms with clients.
    • Handle payment collection, contract issuance, and initiate service delivery procedures.
    • Achieve and report on set sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
    • Collect post-sale feedback to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any emerging issues.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports using CRM tools like Salesforce

    Qualifications required:

    Any Diploma/Degree or relevant experience

    Work experience required, Level of seniority

    Minimum 2+ year's experience in similar field.

    Salary P/A excluding superannuation

    AU$ $ $80,000
