    Clinical Nurse Consultant - Patient Safety

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our Quality and Patient Safety Service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving department-level initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.

    The Role:

    • Support the Department of Sub Acute and Ambulatory Care Leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives.
    • Drive department-level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.
    • Access, monitor, and evaluate department-level clinical data and indicators as required.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and have a strong understanding of quality improvement principles.

    Professional Development Opportunities:

    • Our organisation offers a Professional Development Allowance of up to $1000 per annum.
    • Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.

    Employment Details:

    This is a permanent part-time position working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

    Salary: $111,506 to $118,336 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
