- Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to understand high level business process and translate them into the epic, stories, mockups and technical specifications.
- Identify and address any technical issues or risks by reviewing Appian health check report and conducting workshops with Platform team.
- Prepare Estimate for the requirement, Implementation plan and project/program road.
- Lead and manage a team of Appian developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the entire software development life cycle (inception to production).
- Design and develop Appian applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Appian applications, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Appian assessment, estimation, delivery and support.
- Strong Appian understanding on on-prem and cloud installation.
- Strong understanding of the Appian platform, including feasibility, estimation, performance review, and Integration.
- Proven experience leading and managing stakeholders expectation from inception to delivery.
- Hands-on experience in developing Appian Plugins, Smart-services and functions, UI components, Connect System.
- Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or .NET, is a plus
- Appian Lead certified developer preferred
