    Responsibilities:

    Reporting to the Transport Asset Engineer, key responsibilities include:

    • Provide infrastructure asset planning services including inspection and approval of footpath, road and walkways for best practice and maintenance procedures
    • Undertake civil maintenance and asset inspections assessing, scoping and prioritising works in accordance with Council's policies and procedures
    • Supervise contractors and service providers in carrying out maintenance and improvement works on Council's infrastructure including road works, traffic control and drainage works

    About you:

    • Certificate IV level qualifications in Civil Construction or a related discipline
    • Current Drivers Licence
    • Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
    • Experience in a similar role including the ability to collect, analyse and interpret information and produce technical reports.
