    Exciting new role for an enthusiastic and confident trainer to develop procedural documentation and step by step video education for the upgrade to the newest version of Meditech and the implementation of electronic medications management at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse.

    This role will be fundamental in helping to prepare the staff for these exciting changes. By assisting with the preparation of training materials, providing face-to-face training sessions, and supporting staff when the systems go live, you will make a positive change to the way we work at COBLH.

    Essential Criteria

    • Minimum 1 year experience in developing procedural documentation and step by step educational videos.
    • Experience in facilitating group training in the use of electronic systems and applications.
    • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in delivering training and support to clinical staff during the Go Live period.

    Desirable Criteria

    • Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training or experience in various teaching methodologies
    • Experience in training and implementing clinical systems.
    • Clinical background and/or experience in a clinical setting.
    • Experience and aptitude in using MEDITECH Expanse
