    A dynamic and high-visibility role for a Group FP&A Manager to lead strategic financial planning and corporate finance, working closely with C-suite executives, the board, and investors.

    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading private-equity backed infrastructure business undergoing an exciting period of growth and change, following recent strategic investments that have strengthened their market position and delivered new revenue streams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Group's strategic planning process, including budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate company performance, assess investment opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
    • Owning and developing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.
    • Partner with senior leadership across the business to provide financial analysis and advice to support decision-making and improve business performance.
    • Prepare and collate the monthly board pack.
    • Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the board and investors.

    Requirements:

    The successful candidate will be a CA/CPA qualified finance/corporate finance professional with approximately 10 years' experience in FP&A and/or financial modelling.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential due to the high-profile nature of the role, requiring collaboration with multiple teams internally and advisors/investors externally.
