Opportunities for progression and growthSuccessful applicants will have:Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
Valid Working with Children Check
Valid First Aid Certificate
A good understanding understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Great mentoring and leadership skills
A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
