    ABOUT US:

    Harris Scarfe is one of Australia's longest trading retailers with over 170 years of experience. We currently operate over 56 stores across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania with a growing online presence. Our stores appeal to a diverse range of customers looking for great value on Homewares, Manchester, Men's and Women's Apparel.

    We are currently seeking a Part Time Team Member for our Cranbourne store with prior retail experience who are dedicated, passionate and wants to be part of a hard working but fun team environment.

    Retail Apparel experience is highly regarded. This role is working 36 hours/ week on a rotating fortnightly roster

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Providing customer service
  • Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising
  • Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives
  • Working in a range of departments
  • Performing daily activities i.e. stock placement, ticketing, visual displays etc.
  • Maintaining a neat, full and safe environment
  • Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers
  • Processing and Pick Packing online orders including consistent lifting of light loads

    • ABOUT YOU:

  • A passion for service and retail
  • Above award wage on the Harris Scarfe EBA
  • Retail experience- preferably within a big-box retail space
  • The ability to multitask
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong teamwork ability
  • A focus on safety
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
