The Opportunity

Ochre Medical Centre Armidale is seeking a permanent VR GP to join our busy, long-established practice. Due to extensive growth in the area the clinic has extended their hours to 7am-7pm. An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced VR GP or a non-VR GP working towards their Fellowship, to join our fantastic team. Inheriting an existing patient base will see you busy from your first day.

Ochre Health is one of Australia's leading General Practice organisations. Founded in 2002 by Dr Hamish Meldrum and Dr Ross Lamplugh in the NSW outback town of Bourke, Ochre is the only General Practice organisation in all MMM areas, from metro to remote Australia. Ochre now supports over 450 doctors, including 90 registrars.

An emerging cafe and music scene and a wide variety of clubs, pubs and community groups has contributed recently to many city dwellers making the tree change to call Armidale home.

Suitability

General Practitioners with Vocational Registration highly desirable – DPA eligible for GPs restricted by moratorium
Practitioners with General Registration entering onto the FSP, ACRRM IP and ACRRM RGTS Fellowship pathway are also eligible
