    What you'll do

    • Lead optimal capital and commercial outcomes associated with the capital programs 360 delivers for the group. It will also ensure clarity in program deployment processes with an end to end view across 360 and associated partners.
    • Identify risks, and evaluate them in terms of their severity and repercussions and curate risk mitigation and management policies to reduce the likelihood and impact of the risk
    • Develop mitigation strategies to be approved by Woolworth's 360 leadership and generate processes that will enable implementation by Woolworths 360 nationally
    • Lead 360 through the changing commercial landscape. Use data and analytics to identify new commercial opportunities, determining the optimal procurement models that balance customer & team outcomes, safety and profit.
    • Partner with multiple senior stakeholders across Woolworths to solve problems and improve overall business performance
    • Develop, communicate and lead risk strategy on behalf of 360 Plan & Construct and support the Head of Commercial and Head of Resilience in broader 360 Resilience Strategy.

    What you'll bring

    • 8 years+ experience within a similar role within the construction / architectural industry with a customer / analytical mindset
    • Experience in large retail projects
    • Degree in either construction management, structural engineering, architectural engineering or equivalent technical qualification
    • The ability to build strong relationships founded on trust and thought leadership and the ability to then deliver clear value and influence an outcome
    • Experience creating and driving strategy and developing the narrative to present to senior leaders
    • Experience with varying forms of construction contracts (specific knowledge in AS4000, AS4905 and AS4902 preferred)
