    Job Title: Manager, EHS Digital Lead

    Unlocking Opportunities for a Better Working World

    We're looking for a talented individual to lead our Climate Change and Sustainability Services team in Sydney or Melbourne. As the Manager, EHS Digital Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our EHS digital go-to-market strategy, collaborating with our Oceania EHS Leader and IT teams.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with our multidisciplinary teams, advising ASX 200 companies on EHS issues and driving performance beyond their bottom line. You'll lead engagements, building trusting relationships with clients and EY's strategic alliance IT vendors.

    • Lead multiple IT projects from end-to-end, delivering results that exceed expectations.
    • Sell professional services, responding to tenders and generating business opportunities.
    • Implement EHS solutions such as Donesafe, Enablon, SAP, or Sustainability Manager.
    • Facilitate training/workshops, educating clients on best practices.
    • Build relationships quickly, working in a fast-paced environment and integrating solutions through API/SFTP.

    Your Skills and Experience

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • Experience managing multiple IT projects at once.
    • Sales experience, including tender responses.
    • EHS solution implementation expertise.
    • Training/facilitation skills.
    • Capacity to build relationships rapidly.
    • Understanding of ESG/EHS processes.
