- Mentor and lead junior and mid-level staff to deliver complex technical tasks.
- Champion high quality delivery, and lead development of new tools and improvements to existing ones.
- Lead and contribute to winning work within the team's skillset, and for the wider Aurecon group.
- Support the wider Aurecon team's projects with advice on power systems, electrical and NER related topics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Hold RPEQ Certification.
- Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of at least 2 out of 3 of PSS/E, PSCAD and PowerFactory.
- Understanding of the NER S5.2.5 and S5.3 technical requirements.
- Understanding of the connection process from Connection Enquiry through to commissioning.
- Demonstrated ability to both read and write Python automation code.
- Strong understanding of Power System Studies and Power Systems.
- Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal.
