About the role
Drive Growth and Shape the Future of Officeworks As a dynamic Business Development Manager at Officeworks you'll play a key role in driving growth by acquiring new Business to Business (B2B) customers You'll target high-value businesses within your assigned region ensuring their needs are met with tailored Office Supplies solutions that elevate both their operations and your success Your mission To drive new business acquisition through a disciplined hunter mindset forging impactful relationships across a broad customer base from operational decision-makers to senior leaders at the C-suite level What you'll do Strategic Leadership Spearhead the development and execution of targeted acquisition strategies identifying and securing high-potential new business opportunities within your portfolio Master Negotiator Take the lead in high-stakes negotiations driving deals to a successful close with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness You'll be the catalyst for turning opportunities into long-term business partnerships Ongoing Growth & Support Post-acquisition ensure successful onboarding smooth integration continual growth of newly acquired businesses delivering exceptional service that drives their success fosters long term loyalty Pipeline Excellence Be relentless in your pursuit of measurable improvements across all stages of sales pipeline continually refine volume value accuracy win rates leads opportunities leveraging Salesforce top-tier performance #LI-SN1 #LI-HYBRIDJob description
