    About the Role

    At WiseTech Global, our people and teams worldwide are aligned in our vision to create the operating systems for global logistics. Our customers rely on our software to manage their global logistics operations, therefore it's essential we provide them with learning and training materials to help them optimize and navigate our systems effectively.

    We are seeking an experienced Instructional/Learning Designer with content writing expertise to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you will help shape the future of online learning by designing, developing, and implementing engaging instructional materials. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create content that meets diverse learner needs and supports our innovative approach to education.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop engaging instructional materials.
    • Implement various instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
    • Utilize instructional design models and principles to enhance learning experiences.

    Content Writing Requirements

    • Produce high-quality, clear, and concise educational content aligned with learning objectives.
    • Write pedagogically sound content that supports engaging learning experiences.

    Interviewing and Research

    • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights and validate content.
    • Identify and collaborate with experienced and reliable content sources (SMEs).
    • Research and source reliable content to enhance learning experiences.

    Requirements

    • +5 years of experience in developing training materials in an e-learning capacity.
    • Proficiency in using LMS and authoring tools.
    • Strong understanding of learning principles and practices.
    • Strong communication skills and experience in interviewing and working with SME's.
    • Excellent writing and proofing skills with high attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity with the ability to design innovative learning solutions.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to new learning technologies.
    • Experience in producing microlearning online content would be advantageous.
