- Implementation of effective mechanical maintenance systems to ensure equipment downtime is minimized.
- Management of day to day tasks and Development of shift mechanical trades.
- Monitor compliance of all development mechanical equipment.
- Works effectively to achieve team KPI's.
- Mechanical Trade Qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role.
- SAP maintenance system experience (Desired).
- High level knowledge of mechanical aspects associated with operation, maintenance and overhaul of modern mining equipment.
