Your new role

Due to sustained growth, an opportunity has opened up for a motivated Senior EUC Technician to join the team on a 12-month FTC.

Some of the key tasks will include:
Provide on-site Technology support to end-users for their technology needs with a specific focus on VIP end-users (e.g executive team);
Deploy and maintain desktop, laptop, tablets, and other endpoint systems;
Providing audio-visual support for meeting room, presentations, and video conferencing systems;
Managing break/fix and replacement processes;
Installing, configuring, troubleshooting software packages;
Help deploy and maintain critical infrastructure;
Perform helpdesk functions;
Provide a high level of customer service and attention to ensure tasks are met.
About you
5+ years of related Technology customer service experience;
2+ years of Technology customer service experience at business-critical team levels;
Experience in installing, upgrading, and migrating to Microsoft Windows operating system on end-user devices;
Experience in configuring hardware, applications, and network connectivity;
Experience with supporting mobile device operating systems in a corporate environment;
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build effective relationships.
