- Accurate management of the master data plan

- Create parts listings
- Oversee purchasing and requisitions raised
- Plan and control refurbished parts
- Oversee freight and return of exchange components
- Validate parts & materials are ordered and delivered in time for each job
- Parts preparation including checking stock and requirement for parts
- Schedule labour in workshop and confirm daily plan with Workshop Manager/Supervisor
- Previous planning/scheduling experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Strong safety focus and attention to quality outputs
- A strategic thinker and a strong communicator
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Project
