    Our client is a reputable consultancy firm based in Perth's CBD, recognised industry-wide for their professional and quality services.

    With a strong reputation, they have secured some of the most challenging projects within the Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Education sectors.

    As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to delivering high-profile projects.

    About the Position

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing QS work, including measurement, cost planning, and contract administration.

    Working closely with a team of Quantity Surveyors, you will ensure that timeframes and budgets are met, while reporting to the Senior team.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage clients and other stakeholders
    • Responsible for variations and progress claims
    • Conduct Contracts Administration services
    • Manage measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities/pre-tender estimates

    Skills and Experience

    To succeed in this role, you will require:

    • A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveying
    • Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience
    • Strong team-working skills
    • Previous experience working for a consultancy firm

    Salary

    We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
