Responsibilities/duties of the role:
Pushing composites into new areas of application
Understanding the strengths and limitations of materials and how to design with them
Working from a base level of research and material characterization into full-scale testing and site execution, drawing from innovation and rigorous methodology
Data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting and presentation of experimental findings
Reporting through the engineering and technology group
Bachelors or higher in related Science or Engineering field
An inventive and analytical mindset
Practical experience with composites
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise duties appropriately
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
Knowledge of safety protocols
Develop and maintain good relationships with other personnel in the team
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain high-quality performance under time-critical scenarios
Must have the right to work in Australia
The successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
