We are a young import and distribution company that is looking for the right Field Sales Representative/Consultant/Business Development manager to help expanding our customer base in Australia.
We offer to right candidate, a base salary depending on experience plus commission and work phone.
Our potential customers include but not limited to all types of Convenience stores, Souvenir shops, Chemists, Petrol stations, super markets and other retail outlets.
Minimum 12 months direct/field sales experience, preferably in a similar industry. Longer experience is a plus.
Passionate about finding new customers, managing customers and selling products.
Self-sourcing leads and securing new business opportunities
Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Initiating and managing business development activities.
Be comfortable making cold calls/visits to generate new business opportunities
Visiting customers on a regular cycle to help drive growth and maximise opportunity for the customer and the business.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously.
Develop strategic relationships and a customer first mindset.
Sending End of Day activity report and excellent email management
Have a proactive rather than reactive nature and a professional outlook
Highly accomplished negotiator who looks for win/win outcomes and have a strong customer focus
Excellent selling, negotiation and closing skills
Action and results orientated, have a disciplined approach and be a high achiever.
Excellent planning and organisation skills.
Ability to follow instructions and processes.
Track and log all contacts and customer interactions via CRM.
Excellent problem solving skills, bring solutions not problems.
Desirable but not essential:
Have a reliable motor vehicle is a plus but not essential
Can drive company delivery van and do deliveries is a plus but not essential
Arabic language is a plus but not essential
