We are currently seeking Social Workers to fill future leave relief vacancies in the SCGH Mental Health Service or Graylands Hospital
This is an “open-ended” recruitment pool, and as such the following should be noted: The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications, and will assess on a regular basis. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/01/2022.
Position Profile: As the successful candidate, you will be a suitably experienced health professional who will provide a social work service to patients admitted to the Adult Mental Health Services. You will contribute to the multi-disciplinary team in delivering evidence based best practice treatment. You will also provide patient centred-care coordination, within a recovery oriented model, as well as be responsible for psycho-social assessments, linking patients and their families to appropriate supports and treatment.
