As a boutique recruitment agency based in the Hawkesbury area and serving all of Sydney, the company is in a growth phase and looking to expand their services.
The Role:

The successful Candidate will continue to assist us to fulfill staffing positions for Businesss across all occupations and industries throughout Sydney, both full time and casual positions.

This is a full time HR - Recruitment Consultant role servicing both existing clients and developing new business.

Role Overview:

  • Fulfillment of staffing/recruitment (Permanent Temporary) requirements for new and existing clients
  • Source high-caliber talent through internal referral networks and external search
  • Work within a fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative small team environment
  • Candidate management activities, including database and recruitment administration
  • Maintain a contact cycle with newly placed candidates and clients to build relationships and foster retention
  • Handle all in-bound enquiries
  • Write post job advertising on job boards, social media and other outlets as required
  • Conducting Interviews with Candidates, both phone and face to face
  • Reference checks
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of HR practices
  • Experience in HR, Recruitment
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Good communication skills (Verbal Written)
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst proactively managing multiple priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Intermediate experience using MS, excel and word
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage both client and candidate stakeholders
  • Experience with Jobadder or CRM programs (an advantage)
  • Current Drivers License
