Busy wholesale retail cafe Bakery.
Wanting to employ Full Time Baker/Pastry Chef.
5-6 days per week, on revolving day/night roster.
Must be fully capable of producing Top Quality Artisanal Breads and Cakes while being able to work as part of a team.
Our doughs are traditional recipes made from scratch so must be competent in dough calculations in regards to ingredients and sizes and able to work the ovens.
This is a very busy Bakery and must be able to work together in a team environment at a fast moving pace with forward thinking.
You will be required to rotate from ovens to doughs and bench work.
Must be reliable and able to turn up to every shift with punctuality essential.
Must live locally
