Now, more than ever, our community needs our help to get back into employment, so we are expanding our team About the role Joining WISE Employment as a Recruitment Partner, you will be a key player in our employment engagement team, paving career opportunities for our customers within huge corporate Australian companies. You will build and development strong partnerships with our business managers right across Australia to identify and prepare our customers for their exciting step into securing long-term employment. Duties Manage a portfolio of high volume recruitmentIdentify talent, pre-screen and prepare customers prior to all interviews, acting as an advocate for the customer throughout the hiring processDeliver informative and concise presentations to our business managers to update them on your portfolio and their employment needsProvide detailed and ongoing feedback to business managers on placed customers progressSupport customers who may require additional on the job support and assistanceDemonstrate compliance with relevant contractual requirements, including the collection, recording, maintenance and evaluation of all required data in line with WISESkillsBe thought out and considered, every action you take impacts the customerBe a skilled multi tasker, super organised and know how to prioritise in order to manage volume and provide management with regular and up to date visibilityExtensive customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Benefits You will be a valued member of the WISE family and receive a competitive remuneration package and access to a suite of staff benefits including Motor vehicle benefit valued at 12,000 per annumNot for profit Salary packagingCompany mobile phone and laptopReward and recognition initiativesOne paid day of diversity leave per annum after 12 months service Ability to purchase one additional weeks of annual leave per annumOngoing focus on your learning and development This role is field based in Melbourne and required to visit various WISE locations. This is a full time maximum term position through to 30 June 2023. Salary range up to 94k package, including base, superannuation and take-home benefit of not-for-profit salary sacrificing.
