Description:We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Perth WA . If you have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same role or suitable qualifications we would like to hear from you. Direct customer service within the retail operation Ensuring operational efficiency of service within the retail operation Providing team members and new employees with training on enhancing customer service Communicating service policies standards with staff and management Handling and resolution of any customer complaints Researching ways to improve customer service inclusive of analysis of competitors and industry best standards Reviewing daily operations procedures to ensure best practices and efficiencies are being applied within the business Implementing systems methods to obtain customer feedback on service standards and quality of retailing offering Reporting to management with respect to service standards and recommendations for improvement operational changes if require Supervision of up to 10 service staff members Assisting scheduling staff rosters in co-junction with Store Manager Assisting with planning and directing merchandising and in store displays Customer service as and when required in event of peak trading periods Adherence to company OH S policy Flexible shifts may include both nights and weekends.
