Working closely with Sales Reps and customers, the main areas of responsibility for the role will include but not be limited to 1. Process and follow up customer orders, quotes and telephone inquires in a professional and speedy manner.2. Ensuring Customer orders are received in line with a promised delivery date3. Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and seizing opportunities to upsell.4. Support process sales truck stock daily stock transfer and reconciliation5. General office duties Essential Experience Needed1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills2. Be proactive and a quick learner3. Must be able to do multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment4. Strong work ethic and a desire to strive for customer satisfaction5. Tidy and pay attention to details6.
