About the OpportunityReporting to the Risk Manager, this position is responsible for leading risk assessments, reviews and reporting for Shared, Strategic and Enterprise risks with their direct report. This role plays a critical coordination role for all Risk, Compliance Insurance reporting and messaging to key governance committees. About You Extensive knowledge and experience in strategic and enterprise-wide risk and identifying merging risks and communicating impacts to key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to think critically, analytically and strategically and convey insights to senior stakeholders via strong verbal and written communication methods. Demonstrated ability to engage and manage positive internal and external relationships, including the ability to effectively influence and negotiate outcomes. Demonstrated experience in work program or project management coordination. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and developing a cooperative, high performing team. Proactive and self-starting Seizes opportunities and acts upon them Takes responsibility for own actions. Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management practices a thorough understanding of the risk management cycle and the role performed by a second line risk team is essential. Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
